Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

GuestLink (“the Service”) is provided by Wonder Flamingo Unipessoal Lda, a company incorporated in Portugal (EU), NIPC 514097400, R. António Alves de Azevedo Lote N, 2735-307 Agualva-Cacém, Portugal. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. The Service

GuestLink lets hosts of all kinds of accommodation — holiday rentals, rural stays, guesthouses, hostels, hotels and villas — publish a public link-in-bio page and a private, rotating guest-information page for their properties. Features may change or be discontinued as the product evolves.

3. Your account

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. Sign-in is by magic link; anyone with access to your inbox can access your account.

4. Your content

You own the content you enter and are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to share it — including any details about your property and any information shown to your guests. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful content or to infringe others’ rights.

5. Names

Your page name (gstl.ink/yourstay) is given on a first-come, first-served basis and stays yours while your page is active and follows these terms. You may not choose a name that uses someone else’s trademark or business name without the right to do so, that impersonates another accommodation, person or company, or that you register only to hold it or resell it.

If you believe a name belongs to you, write to hello@gstl.ink with evidence (for example your listing, licence, website or registered trademark). We will tell the holder and give them 14 days to respond. While we review, we may pause the public page; the private guest page keeps working. If the claim is upheld, we may move the page to a different name and release the original one. We decide in good faith on the evidence we receive; this does not affect anyone’s right to go to court.

6. Acceptable use

Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Service, access data that is not yours, or use it to send spam or malware. We may suspend accounts that do.

7. Availability

We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, except where the law does not allow warranties to be excluded. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuestLink is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service and delete your properties at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Portugal. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules that apply to you. If you are a consumer, you may also bring a claim before the courts of the EU country where you live.
