Terms of Service

1. Acceptance
By creating an account or using GuestLink (“the Service”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. The Service
GuestLink lets short-term rental hosts publish a public link-in-bio page and a private, rotating guest-information page for their properties. Features may change or be discontinued as the product evolves.
3. Your account
You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping access to your sign-in email secure. Sign-in is by magic link; anyone with access to your inbox can access your account.
4. Your content
You own the content you enter and are responsible for its accuracy and for having the right to share it — including any details about your property and any information shown to your guests. You agree not to use the Service for unlawful content or to infringe others’ rights.
5. Acceptable use
Do not attempt to break, overload, probe or reverse-engineer the Service, access data that is not yours, or use it to send spam or malware. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Availability
We work to keep the Service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, GuestLink is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your properties at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction stated in our final published version. (To be confirmed on legal review.)
